These terms apply to the Northmark app and this website. By using Northmark, you agree to them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

What Northmark is

Northmark is an independent practice tool for the CELPIP-General test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paragon Testing Enterprises, which owns the CELPIP® trademark. The mock tests are original material written for practice. They are not real CELPIP test questions.

Scores are estimates

Reading and Listening scores are based on the number of correct answers. Writing and Speaking levels are estimates made by software. No score in Northmark is an official result, and we cannot promise any result on the real test.

Purchases

Northmark Lifetime is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. It unlocks the tests described in the app, including tests we add in later updates, on devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

Your use

You may use Northmark for your own study. Please do not copy, sell or publish the tests, audio or sample answers.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Northmark accurate and working well, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app, including decisions based on practice scores.

Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
